Shipping Policies

  1.  Shipping charges are subject to change according to the volume of the order.

  2. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

  3. We accept Paypal and Bank Payments.

  4. Processing time may also vary according to the placement of order.

Terms & Conditions

  1. The payment should be made in advance .The Products are delivered after receipt of complete payment by bank.

  2. We use real and natural stone and 925 silver jewelry unless specified otherwise.

  3. The product will be dispatched after complete payment.

  4. The product will be delivered on the address provided by the customer.

  5. The Payment in case of bank transfer should be deposited in bank within 10 days.

  6. The price of silver can go up or down based on the current market price.

  7. Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.

Returns & Exchange

  1. For any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 7days ( 5 business days) for store credit. Item must be returned in original condition as was sent from shop; insured at the expense of the purchaser. All sales are considered final after 7 days (5 business days).

  2. Shipping and return expenses should be paid by customer.

  3. All Custom orders are not refundable.

Returns & Refunds

  1. We do not accept Returns or Refunds for the custom ordered. In case you notify us about any problems regarding any damage in transition, we can consider replacement or refund according to the situation.

  2. We accept cancellation within 3 day of the order placed.
